At Ocean Casino. Been drinking their 5th birthday collaboration with The Seed Brewing called Seeds of the Ocean. Vet hop heavy, floral lager. It's just ok. I prefer something a little lighter when I'm drinking at the pool.

I do have a bottle of Barrell Seagrass for later tonight.

For this afternoon's ND game, I'll be having anything that I can throw at the television every time they score on Navy.

Had the goose IPA at the game…. I try to like IPA’s but I struggle. Going wine with the wife tonight to celebrate the win and day off tomorrow.

I’ve been trying to get off ipa’s for years, at least getting past ipa’s being all that i drink. Finally think im there.

Been digging the Sierra octoberfest and the Twin Lights Harvest.

It's late in the season but if you like Octoberfest try Jack's Abbey Copper Legend Octoberfest.

I brewed a peach IPA with ghost peppers from my buddy's garden. Unfortunately it didn't come out nearly as spicy as we wanted, probably try it again sometime. We got "hmm has a bit of a kick to it" but we were hoping for an almost undrinkable inferno of a beer.

Going with a Hardywood Fluffy GBS. Hardywood released a gift pack this year that has 4 different Christmas beers they make. If your into stouts its highly recommended.

  • Fluffy GBS x 2 (9.2% ABV): We took our Gingerbread Stout camping. We sat around the campfire, sticks, and marshmallows in hand, and when all was said and done, the idea was sparked to create Fluffy GBS. The taste of fresh ginger, wildflower honey, and chocolate malt you know and love are elevated to a new level with toasted marshmallows.

Tried the LeGrand bourbon in the Provident Club yesterday at the game.

My Son had the old fashioned and I tried it with some Coca Cola (LOTS of Coca Cola - LOL).

I'm finishing off the last of my pumpkin beers, I have one Schlafly and one Southern Tier Pumking left. As far as I'm concerned, all pumpkin beers expire on November 30th.

Going with Glenmorangie Signet tonight. I picked this up a few years ago based on the ratings it received. It does not disappoint.

If you have others just put them in a cabinet or closet for next Christmas. You will see that the longer you age them the less boozy they taste. Aging high alcohol beers is like wine, they all improve with age.
