OT: World Track and Field championships

Team USA having an impressive performance so far a few days in, including the fastest man and woman in the world. Nice to see how the athletes are so proud to represent their country too.

This first final was quite a finish

Track has most national HS athlete participation after football.
For girls its #1 with volleball #2 (soccer #3- boys #3 is basketball)
Media coverage of HS track is usually pretty thin unless someone is a star.
Track wasn't my best sport (discus) but I had a lot of fun with it.
