Panthers got a touchdown in overtime on a third and 17 when a back broke a couple of tackles on a screen and then went for two and the win. It was a pretty exciting game, though it would have been better for Freedom if the Cougars could have held on.

I think they go by RPI but not positive.

I agree about the Sheriff's Dept., but they have no jurisdiction there. It'll be the Statesville PD. . . and that's not too reassuring.

SO has jurisdiction anywhere in county and unless there is a pissing contest between the city and county should be no issue.
