That judge should be automatically kicked off the bench, had his/her law license revoked for life, and have the judge be held fiscally responsible if that monster ever hurts someone again. ANY victim of that guy in the future should be able to sue the judge and his/her family into oblivion. Until these judges/DAs are held accountable for future crimes of predators they willingly let off easy, it will never stop.

That's exactly what ive been preaching on here for months. Im involved with these companies and know AI is absolutely a scapegoat for offshoring. The visas are way behind that.

In a work environment, the only thing AI can dependably do is basic data entry, ie just move data from one field to another. Here is another dirty secret: it isnt even actual AI. Its a data mapping algorithm that is just looping itself. There is no machine learning involved.

The entire thing is a cover so they can offshore. The visas are a drop in the bucket compared to offshoring.

Eventually ai is going to destroy jobs, but that's another 5 years away probably.
