I couldn't fit into a Ford from the late 80s through early 2000s, but they've gotten much more roomy since then. Haven't tried the smaller trucks recently. Have been looking at used F150s a lot for the room and towing. Have yet to pull the trigger on a purchase.
Have heard great things about Tundras and Tacomas from mechanics the last several years, but buying the Tundra is like buying a 2nd home. The Tacomas are still a little small for the price, but if I could find a good 6 cylinder 4x4 I'd snatch it up.
That's how things are between my wife and I was well. To a T. We don't have 25 years in yet, though. (20 or thereabouts so far.) What's funny to me is that she complains about her mom's conversations not getting to the point fast enough, then takes the long way around herself. When I start laughing in the middle, she just says, "I am NOT my MOTHER!" Then I laugh until my stomach hurts.
Same. I don't use much of the bells and whistles, but they are great for resale value. Since I drive them more til they drop these days, they dont matter much to me. Meanwhile my wife is enamored with heated steering wheels in her next purchase, in spite of saying the current SUV is her "last vehicle purchase." LOL
If the vehicle options can't make me a sandwich, why do I need em?
