Take your meds Sam:

From the article:

"Fellow passenger Seth Evans was sitting across the aisle from the nut, and told the Minnesota Star Tribune that chaos started the moment the plane took off when he started raving about being “gang chased” by gay people.

The man also screamed he was being “radiated” and “cooked” by gays, and that they were giving him cancer, the witness said.

At one point, the man even announced “Trump is here.”

But screaming deluded conspiracies wasn’t all the man was good for — between each outburst he buckled down and played a round of Candy Crush, before standing up and mouthing off again at top volume.

The game was over, however, when his declarations were made about the plane crashing.

Once on the ground at O’Hare International Airport, the man was handcuffed and hauled off by Chicago police."

Tariffs caused or not, people are not happy about higher prices that came with Biden. Whether Trump lowers inflation rate or not, prices remain higher than what folks think they should be because they haven't dropped - their true expectation from lower inflation. Many conflate high prices with the term "inflation" regardless of inflation rate. Just not that smart.
People are going to be sorely disappointed if they think prices are going back to pre COVID levels. The best you can hope for is wages continue to rise faster than inflation.

We had two here in Evansville that closed about that time. One was converted to a Culver’s within a year or so, but the other one is still sitting there rotting away.

One just opened in Jessamine County.

My buddy sent me a text talking about his family having a meal at the one in Hamburg (Lexington). Said it was the best meal he's ever eaten at a Stk&Shk. Delicious food, clean restaurant, and quick service. They use "beef tallow" for frying the fries now. He said he couldn't stop eating them.

That's why the return of mandatory consumer Ed in HS would really help this country.

It's sad that adults still don't know the difference between inflation and deflation. Prices won't go back down unless the raises were temporarily due to lack of supply or high demand or both. If it's because of increased fixed costs like wage increases, cost of utilities and insurance, property or other tax increases, theyre not coming back down.

While I'm on the subject, was told the cost of gas last week was 20% higher in Illinois than Lexington. 20% is huge.

MILLER: I said it's a dumb question. OK. NO, AND it's a dumb question.

CNN: Well, can you...so no, this is not designed to

MILLER: I thought when I said it was a dumb question, it meant 'no.'

CNN: I just want to be clear and precise.

MILLER: No. That's a lie, and it's a dumb question.

Gonna assume if Hamden gets the axe, that Gran will take over again for the interim. He’s the only one that’s showed loyalty to Stoops despite being demoted. If Bowden, Jr had played that entire season at QB, he would have been a Heisman candidate. Gran also guided a high flying offense at Cincy. I think he has the best credentials to take the personnel we have and get something out of it. Use the bye week to draw up some new schemes. But none of it changes the fact we need a new staff next year.

Exactly. Unless we win out.

....

....

Right?

The gasoline tax in Illinois is 54.3 cents a gallon + 6.25% local sales tax -in Kentucky ot 26.4 cents a gallon. KY tax actually decreased on July 1st.

So this bizarre situation started after the two had an "interaction" in the alley, as can be seen on the security footage.

Given the specifics in that affidavit, a term that general us purposely used; even which direction each of them were moving etc.

What exactly was this interaction? Was it a gay hookup gone wrong? I cant imagine it can be much else, or they would detail it.

You could imagine it happening if Sanchez was trying to make this guy buy some autographed Jets memorabilia...

Or maybe Sanchez was trying to buy "Art of the Deal" and the library mafia tracked him down...

Or Sanchez saw the guy delivering pallets of ballots to Indy Democrat HQ, and tried to stop it.

No.matter what the reason is, this is ****ed up and I hope he recovers.

IMO the WR have been a disappointment. Cutter's reads were better yesterday than against SC, but they have to fight for the ball. GO GET IT. they seem content to let the ball "catch them".

they have talent, but maybe they are used to not getting it.

using the TE has been fun to watch.

I can see where it seem to be the receivers. The problem is the system and the play calling. Too many passes behind the LOS instead of down the field, and not enough attention to the running game. The D is so crowded into the box and we still play to the strength of the D. It's maddening.

There are 20 teams we could look at to see how to create space and matchups for our WRs. Instead, we're stuck with a system that this guy couldn't run well @ Boise State. When it bogs down- he doubles down. Get him tfoh

The only unexpected bright spot for me has been seeing the TEs utilized in the passing game.

You have to think at this point that Marrow was the problem with the TE position. From not getting touches to not improving. He's the only variable that has changed. He could recruit them, but only this year are we seeing them prosper.

That's been addition by subtraction...

Yes they are. The fact that prices my be rising only 3% doesn't mean that's not unacceptable to them after Biden's high inflation drove prices way up. Many took Trump to be saying prices would flatten fast with lower inflation whether that's exactly what he said. They remember near flat prices under him the first time. But then he throws in tariffs & says there could/would be a short tern prices bump. Well there is & people aren't happy. Doesn't have to be logical when you're POed.

Glad you think it's funny needing to send in NG from anywhere to quell an uprising.
