I believe he will be let go regardless of Saturday. That decision was made a while ago and it's the right call. He was hired as an interim and it should have stayed that way. I liked many of the things he did going into this year but I've soured on him as the season progressed. This was not a fun year

I think Flood keeps his job regardless. Actually I thought even if we lost to army and Maryland and finished with only 3 wins he would keep his job. Rutgers is just too cheap to fire him and he's going to stay on until his contract is finish.
