It's college, in RU's case it's based on the 5 transfers that had a college rating, from the high of .9000 (Miller) to the low of Dino K at .8200.
It's pure portal transfers.How could it be part of it if Clemson is listed as N/A ???
Telling me their ranking isn't what I was asking. What is the data going into each transfer's ranking.
You seem like fun. It’s just a list. Relax. Clemson didn’t take any transfers. Almost all lost more than they gained. I thought it was interesting.
So in reality you don't know the answer. It's some person made rankings just to get some clicks and you fell for it. And it's not just college data. Some transfers never played at the school they first went to but have mythical ratings.
Isn’t this what the basis of recruiting media is? Rivals..247..just made up rankings by some people to get clicks.
I have more faith (but not much) in the star system for HS players. Just 5 to no ranking. This made up crap is based on 100 points! Seriously? On what?
This is how they’re calculated:
Try again or BYU has the lowest rankings of all college. Avg rating by transfers are above 80 on the list quoted in the OP.
You’re losing me..sorry. Just google “how are 247 rankings calculated” and you’ll get some info
The avg player score of the top 15 in the original post quotes all are above 80 points. What you posted has the best BYU player at 27 and it falls off quickly.

It's Rivals, it's 247, it's ESPN. They give transfer ratings just like they do HS kids.
And the portal transfers who didn't play in college don't get a transfer rating.

These forums in a nutshell…lists, rankings, top this or that…mostly tantamount to squat…but people get really worked over something that’s beyond trivial. Just wait for the uniform, stadium, mascot, fight song and so on lists…they are coming as we approach peak off season
