I want everyone to breathe and really give it some thought before posting, not just the he can’t win a SEC game response, I don’t have a pro to keep him type response. What are your real Pros and Cons of keeping Lebby?

For me it’s
Pro- The offense does move the ball and we have some really good drives.
He has done a good job of keeping us in every single game this year.
Defense has shown improvements.
The team has not given up in a single game.

Cons- Fourth Quarter and Overtime Mistakes.
Recruiting for me is kinda underwhelming (granted people say we let those players go).
Defense tonight did start choking a little in the end and had penalties.
Penalties again just overall

Cons- going 0-16 in the SEC. Nothing else needs to be said

I don’t have any pros in keeping him at this point but If we win out…. I’m good. 🙂

Not a pro or a con, but we have absolutely no chance to fire him this season unless Selmon already has something in the works. This offseason is gonna be a roller coaster.

We have made VAST improvements in one year after he took over one of the worst situations in P4 history. And he has ABSOLUTELY proven that he cannot be trusted as a HC when it matters. A lot of that is on Shapen, and we have to upgrade there.

We are absolutely on the border of being 17’d for eternity or making a few moves to right the ship.

As a side note, I’d love to pisş on Keenum’s grave.

It maybe time to rethink football, concentrate on baseball and winning titles. Go ahead and abolish the football program, so sad to say it 🧐😩

If we improve as much between 25 & 26 as we have between 24 & 25, we will be in good shape. It sucks to lose like this 3 times, but we are in every game. That is way better than going in knowing we had no shot.

Jason Candle would have this team going to a bowl game, that’s for sure

Meh. At this point you grit your teeth and prepare for next year. He has absolutely blown two winnable games. I don’t count Tenn because that could have gone either way. However, he has the offense actually productive. Texas was giving up something like 12 points a game before tonight. Yes. He has no clue how to finish, but I think scrapping everything right now puts us back about three years. Croom never had a winless conference season but he had early 2000s Vandy and Coach O Ole Miss. this ain’t the same league, and we were a 2A high school defense last year. So grit you teeth, hope, prepare for 4-8 this year, and hope we win 6 or 7 next year. BTW Ole Miss is really good, and I know that makes it difficult, but if they can become relevant there is no reason we can’t at some point. For all their ********, they really are just as po dunk small market as we are. Never forget that.
