NebraskaMaybe ... but where else is he gonna go? The better coaches all don't need and/or don't want him.
If the answer is: with Albert in Lincoln, their patience is getting tested with 1 Ferrari. Would they really bring in another?

Cole scored his takedown off of a scramble initiated by Keuter being in on Cole's leg. What do you think is wrong with Keuter? If I’m looking at it from Iowa’s perspective that is the most head scratching match to me. I don’t think he tried to score once aside from the obligatory flailing around the last 10-15 seconds of the match. It was like he didn’t try to or want to win. The guy is a very good athlete. He had a big length/reach advantage. It sounds like he has been really counter reliant for his offense this year but… I guess I just thought he would be better at this point.
Lots and lots of air molecules.I always wondered what a "packed Carver Hawkeye Arena" looked like.![]()
It was the local youth club. A bunch of excited 8-10 year old kids enjoying the meet while being interviewed. What was the noise making at CHA during the 285 match? Was it a bunch of locals cheering on Kueter?
You're probably right.Slim but possible. I guess. based on 27-12 National Duals loss. Like, if I close one eye, squint with the other, and tilt my head, I can see an Iowa path to victory.
No Endene most likely means 6 to 9 point swing for tOSU
No Feldman getting forfeit means 3 to 9 point swing for Iowa.
More negatives for Iowa - Ferrari and Kennedy SV wins could be flipped.
More positives for Iowa - Ayala or Block losses could be flipped.
So I expect a similar score.
That explains HR, a lot.Even a low IQ person knows when he’s not being developed.
Neither does he.so Tom says we have got the right guys, I have no idea what he is talking about?
AF seems like the kind of guy that hates his hair being messed up.I think that Cael and Rocco found a strategy to combat a genuflecting wrestler; keep slapping the top of his head until he stands up.
With how everything went last night, nearly a takedown/stall call away from a shutout, a couple of huge upsets, Carver being as quiet as a church and so on…..was a baby born last night @Tom McAndrew
I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. Nick Lee got up and yelled some advice to PSU wrestler. He sat down and I'm thinking he thought he may have overstepped his role. He said something to Cael. ,who smiled and gave Nick a pat on his knee to confirm it wasn't an issue . It was something a father figure would do.
Maybe someone can confirm what bout it was.
Did you look at Northwestern's lineup? The answer is an emphatic no. Unless someone is dinged up.
Cael starts his starters. The exception to that is if someone is a little dinged up, if someone has an ugly cut (Brooks) or if the starter is not obvious.
I do expect a conditioning practice today and a few guys looking sluggish tomorrow.
I saw it too, my take was Cael was like, "relax, we got this."I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. Nick was just telling Luke he had 30 seconds left in the 1st and at the same time the stadium announcer repeated the same thing. I think the pat on the back was just slightly sarcastic sence of humor between them.I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. How many times are you going to come on here and repost what you read on Hawkeye Report? If we cared or wanted a play by play we could go over there and read it ourselves. You just make yourself look obsessed with them by doing this.
Hip is safe, but going to take 9-18 months to rebuild pre-injury strength and flexibility. They say 9 months, but 18 to 24 months is much more realistic. If he really is still recovering from hip surgery, he probably shouldn't be wrestling.
pretty sure AJ got a 1 point team penalty for that splitIt was pretty funny at last night's Nebraska/Minnesota dual to see Snyder and Dlagnev have to go over and force AJ to knock off his "splits" show and join the handshake line. Dlagnev actually grabbed AJ and had some words with him. He definitely wasn't happy with his antics, including a throat slash gesture, which I believe also cost Nebraska a team point.
So much agreement, I'm dizzy. Cradle was locked tighter than a Swiss bank vault when our scrappy, all-around utility guy busted out. Redshirt chubby weeks ago, he’ll have over a month to get tuned for March. Nasir’s no slouch, just happened to get the TD before both ships found the doldrums. Looking forward to a B1G’s rematch on home ice.I can’t say enough about how hard Davis worked to get out of that cradle.

You are truly a clown showWe CANNOT have a let down on Sunday. Our guys Must Stay Focused and intense.
Saw that too. Patted him on the knee then the back.I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. Slumlords money took down Endene. So how many takedowns did slumlord get for his money this year?
General Patton invented that technique 80 years ago!I think that Cael and Rocco found a strategy to combat a genuflecting wrestler; keep slapping the top of his head until he stands up.
You should do the board a solid and bring it back to the top….lolololA few months ago a topic came up on HR about, and I am dead serious "How Ferrari wrestles an exciting style and should score much more bonus this year". I poked a bit saying that it is exciting to drop to a knee and slide back to the edge. The "slappies" that laughed me off are now turning on AF.
Be careful. Don’t scare that guy away. His posts read a lot like Spyker. If he has returned under a different name, I want to see more posts, not less. You are truly a clown show
But can Willie make 285?No reason to doubt this, but it does make you wonder about roster management. Why not import a HWT and get Kueter a medical shirt?
Or maybe they tried and couldn't get anyone to bite ...
For entertainment purposes alone, Iowa's backup HWT needs to get some matches. His real name is -- I am not making this up! -- Easton Fleshman. Coincidentally or otherwise, that's also @WillieTheBrain's adult movie stage name.
you can tell it was a big match... Cael was standing much more than he usually does.I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. Nick Lee got up and yelled some advice to PSU wrestler. He sat down and I'm thinking he thought he may have overstepped his role. The problem with a 5 count is Angelo went to his knee 32 times. What needs to happen is the third time he goes to his knee it is a stall call.if you go to one knee get a 5 second count with no attempt to score stall
Yet Ben was sent out to toe the line, and Kennedy was denied the chance to compete. BrilliantIf he really is still recovering from hip surgery, he probably shouldn't be wrestling.
As long as it cost $, I’m glad to have someone transplant reports about Hawk tears over here!
Those were cricketsWhat was the noise making at CHA during the 285 match? Was it a bunch of locals cheering on Kueter?
Funny is one description, but not the word I would use To add, it wasn't the cleanest week for AJ either, 99.9% would keep a lower profile. It was pretty funny at last night's Nebraska/Minnesota dual to see Snyder and Dlagnev have to go over and force AJ to knock off his "splits" show and join the handshake line. I think AJ has a problem very similar to ADS - impulse control. He might be wired a little differently than we think.Funny is one description, but not the word I would use To add, it wasn't the cleanest week for AJ either, 99.9% would keep a lower profile.
Then he is doing the splits after a zero takedown, win due to a riding time one point decision. Far from anything to celebrate.
AJ is a narcissistic stooge.
I thought he would walk through the heavyweight division this season, not so! He is not a very impressive wrestler. He peaked as a freshman.
Didn't Cael toss a chair early on? Live and lean. Yeah, the funny thing is, on the mat with headgear, especially somewhere like Carver, you can't hear anything over the crowd noise. Just hearing the ref can be a challenge.I'm not sure if anyone saw early in the match from the lower camera facing the Penn State coaches. Nick Lee got up and yelled some advice to PSU wrestler. Not for the split. For the throat slash at the end.
Yeah, I thought it odd Angelo got hit with the stall in the 1st, and then was given a pass the rest of the way. Several opportunities, for a second or third stall call IMOThe problem with a 5 count is Angelo went to his knee 32 times. What needs to happen is the third time he goes to his knee it is a stall call.
The ref also should have hit him with a stall for his lazy walk getting back to the. Enter to restart.
