I was not able to attend the Jamboree Thursday but was thrilled to hear that Purnell Swetts performance was a complete shutout victory over East Bladen. Its great to have goals, but its also great to start out great at a Jamboree even though it's a Jamboree. They brought the tremendously physical defense that the Rams are known for. It was a complete aggressive demonstration by the Rams.The season for the Rams does not get any easier when you have Hoggard, Richmond, Scotland, Pinecrest, Seventy-First, and Lumberton on your schedule - tough schedule.
I can see Brayboy coming out like a Machine this year.

Dont know how they can be bad. I know teams will have bad years but EB has always been great year in and year out. I know one thing, on this side of the tracks Purnell Swett is looking great
I dont get it. I know that at least since 2008 they lost an average of 3 games in the regular season. Now all the sudden they collapse?
I wish I would have attended the jamboree. Like I said, Swett has a tough schedule but if they are as good as they showed up in the Jamboree(excluding the classification) then they may be the sleepers. I cant confirm though because I have not seen them at all the whole summer.....too busy here

I know better than to believe this about EB. So I had to play your game and go along with your joke. EB has always been top notch and this year is no different. Regardless of classification Swett came and ran the game. I highly respect Dillon but what is Swett went up against Dillon in the Jamboree and swept them.....Would you still say that - you heard Dillon was scheduled to have an 0-11 season?

Swett may get 5 wins , they better get 3 non conference though or that isn’t happening .
EB did look really bad at the scrimmage though
to repeat, unsure about 0-11, might give them 2-9.
That’s an upgrade though for swett to man handle a probable 2-9 or better team .

EB was awful at scrimmage. O line got ran over and you can't have an offense with no O line. P-Swett had good plays there but they didn't look amazing. Doesn't surprise me they lost to a decent Pine Forest team.
