March madness, baseball spring training and now with some football (including some colleges) mixed in. A lot for the sports fan to sort through.

Well, I will post something about the game.

The Rams offensive line and the deep punt snapper will have to play a lot better because Ragsdale is no push over.

Ragsdale has an athlete wr/db committed to Army, def gotta keep an eye out for him.

the gray is ok as another choice of uniform once in a while...but I guess I'm old school...I like the navy blue jerseys and gold pants with the gold helmet....uniform of champions....................

I don’t have my head in the books of the athletic department, but I’d imagine they didn’t need to spend money on uniforms to just be worn once in a while. But I know my opinion means nothing. The only uniforms they have purchased in 15 years that I liked were the gold alternates, adidas I believe.

P.A. announcer after the game announced that Reidsville was at Graham next week.....the schedule says at Carrboro....Anybody in the know on this??....BTW complete domination by Reidsville tonite over Ragsdale.....Pass caught 3 td passes...threw for a 2 pt. conversion and had a 61 yard punt....as well as breaking up several pass plays while playing some at DB....................

These next few games will be ugly. Not much I can say based on the first two games. The only concern is line depth.

Reidsville win was against a 4-A Ragsdale team that beat Southwest Guilford the previous week. Southwest is now 2-1 after a 56-13 victory over W-S Parkland last night.

TGT, do you have any rushing or passing stats for Ragsdale?

I just don't remember the Tigers getting many positive gains at all.

Ragsdale netted 118 rushing yards. RB Armwood had 108 of those on 18 carries. He had a long gain of 27.

Total yards in game: Reidsville 434, Ragsdale 133. Reidsville had 22 first downs, Ragsdale 7.

Armwood is a good back. We held that athlete going to the army to next to nothing, he played well on defense though,

I thought it was impressive to rip a 4a team like that. I wonder what their fans and coaches thought of us, I bet they didn't expect that.

Great game for the Rams but I definitely wouldn't mind having #21 (Armwood) on our team....hard runner and tough....we already have a great stable of backs but there is always room for one more....lol.................

I know. Would have liked to play them. It wouldn’t have been a good idea week one. Those are the type of teams we need to play. Wish pass and company could have gotten a big time non conference game for their senior year.
