Reed shouldn’t have wore that Arkansas shirt. I just look at it like it was a young guy making a mistake. No point in getting mad about it.
You’re just a butthurt clown that looks dumb af. Our boy, not your boy but our boy Tyrese Maxey dropped 54 last night. Cry about that too clown.I don't watch Benedict Sheppard
I just stated facts ************. Show me 1 ******* lie. I can't help it if you are to stupid to deal with facts.
He didn’t make a mistake. He said he wore the shirts to support his former coaches and teammates who he spoke to on a weekly basis. He said he wore the shorts to support his school who he was cheering for.Reed shouldn’t have wore that Arkansas shirt. I just look at it like it was a young guy making a mistake. No point in getting mad about it.

Reed really broke your heart didn't he ? It's ok , you will fall in love with another player again.

Who is Maxie? You lied when you said he supported Arkansas. You may want to make a note of this for Tuesday when you talk to your therapist. We are not talking about Maxie dumbass. Show me the lie of posted ************. I can't help that you are to ******* stupid to deal with facts. You call me a liar and a clown. All I did was state facts.
Just stating facts. Deal with it
Did he wear an Arkansas shirt when Kentucky played Arkansas??? Yes or no . It's that simple. You apparently need a therapist since you can't process simple facts.Who is Maxie? You lied when you said he supported Arkansas. You may want to make a note of this for Tuesday when you talk to your therapist.
It’s not that simple unless you’re a simpleton who can’t apply context and nuance. As you well know he said he wore the Arkansas shirt to support his former coaches and teammates who he talked to on a weekly basis. He said he wore UK shorts to support his school and the team he was cheering for. Keep lying to make yourself feel better about being an unhinged weirdo, I’m not gonna dumb it down and make it something it wasn’t for your hilarious rage.Did he wear an Arkansas shirt when Kentucky played Arkansas??? There is no context or nuance. Benedict Sheppard supported Arkansas when they played Kentucky. Only a complete dumbass would think otherwise. It’s not that simple unless you’re a simpleton who can’t apply context and nuance. You’re the complete dumbass. He explained it, you’re too dumb to get it. He can go the the Craft Center, be greater, and welcomed with no questions. A nobody weirdo like you would immediately be asked to leave. That’s the reality of the situation. There is no context or nuance. Benedict Sheppard supported Arkansas when they played Kentucky. An Arkansas shirt won't keep me from rooting for him. It's always awesome to see a KY born player doing something in the nba and make a name for himself. He's a solid player. That said, I think of him more of a Calipari former player than a UK former player. I don't wish him ill, but I don't follow his career either.
Shows you didn’t listen to his explanation about why he wore what he wore. All good. You can be the upset ex-GF. Just doesn’t match reality. He's a solid player. That said, I think of him more of a Calipari former player than a UK former player. I don't wish him ill, but I don't follow his career either.
Small sample size, but It just doesn't appear Reed is going to be anything more than a good role player, which is still millions in the bank.
Fact is he supported Arkansas when they played Kentucky. If you would get his nuts out of your mouth maybe you could see that. You stupid ************.You’re the complete dumbass. I don’t think a single fan is honestly hurt or bothered by Reed. He simply wore Arky gear on Game day. Not that deep. Not that deep to say hey I’m ok with it or to say I didn’t like it. But I don’t think anybody is losing sleep over it.These ‘special’ fans that are feeling deep anguish and grief over some former player that wore an Arkansas shirt, are they the same ‘special’ fans gutting and shredding a KY coach in his second year? They are truly spectacularly challenged in their coping skills and their perspectives on day to day life.
This is right up there with the tree poisoning at Auburn some years back. It’s just a damn shirt. It’s just a damn second year coach. No sane person gives a damn. Get a life.
He had divided loyalty, because of his bond and friendship. It is no different than if KY parents had a talented son or daughter athlete making their own decisions to go to Louisville, Tennessee, Duke, Indiana, etc. to play. The situation is understandable. He didn’t make a mistake. He said he wore the shirts to support his former coaches and teammates who he spoke to on a weekly basis. He said he wore the shorts to support his school who he was cheering for.
Thanks for making my point.I don’t think a single fan is honestly hurt or bothered by Reed. He simply wore Arky gear on Game day. Not that deep. Not that deep to say hey I’m ok with it or to say I didn’t like it. But I don’t think anybody is losing sleep over it.
it’s plenty on both sides that are ok with representing Arky on game day and plenty that didn’t like it.
I myself thought it was a snarky little b itch move and it made me have an opinion of him when it comes to Kentucky basketball. In the real world if I seen Reed I wouldn’t think anything about it.
Kind of I guess. I agree with what you said to an extent. I think it was a poor choice but also know Reed can do whatever the Hell he wants. Thanks for making my point.
It was utterly meaningless on his part. Players have certain coaches they like as people. In spite of the fact that Calipari was demonized by a pathetic faction of this board, that Reed might have liked and shown support for his former coach and teammates is perfectly normal and reasonable. understandable. It’s like wearing pink on breast cancer day. I hate pink, but I do it sometimes.Kind of I guess. I agree with what you said to an extent. I think it was a poor choice but also know Reed can do whatever the Hell he wants.
I get that, I think of Lexington more of and American city than a Kentucky city. He's a solid player. That said, I think of him more of a Calipari former player than a UK former player. I don't wish him ill, but I don't follow his career either.
Edwards has pleasantly surprised me as a pro. Really thought he had no chance after his freshman year.OT: It is surprising to see that Justin Edwards starts for the 76ers and Johni Broome barely plays for them.
Flips a game like he flips colleges.“Can flip a game.”

‘Can flip a game’: Nuggets marvel at young Rockets guard Reed Sheppard
“A complete threat (on) the scouting report,” Nuggets coach David Adelman says of Reed Sheppard. “At any moment, he can get hot and flip a game.”rocketswire.usatoday.com
That's weird, I thought he only played for UKFlips a game like he flips colleges.
Arkansas gonna hang a banner for him if he keeps this up.
Sheppard was all of 20 when Shirtgate went down? And a pampered 20 at that? I’m among those who thought I knew it all at that age, I certainly made at least my share of dumb decisions at 20, and I managed to do all that without the heightened hubris that comes with having millions in your bank account at that age. Yeah, I still believe there was a lot of blind arrogance involved when Sheppard made the decision to prance the pregame runway and give that stupid interview in that outfit, but I don’t consider that flap to be the end of the world. I wasn’t buying a Reed Sheppard jersey regardless. And let’s face it, Sheppard isn’t going to be asked to come back to Rupp and be the Y for at least a few years?Reed shouldn’t have wore that Arkansas shirt. I just look at it like it was a young guy making a mistake. No point in getting mad about it.
Ok anon..Amazing most of this thread is about people being butthurt over a 20 year old kid wearing a SHIRT!!? Grow up people - it’s a shirt. Reed’s a great young man and I’m happy he’s having success in his 2nd year.
Reed has been starting while Kevin Durant has been injured. Had a career night! That was worth 60 points in H2H points leagues in fantasy basketball. Great for my teams!
