I can’t believe Shelby doesn’t hand NFHS capsbility
It doesn’t affect the gate in that people who want to go to the game go to the game, but fans that live afar, even military overseas can subscribe to NFHS

South Point does not allow its home games to be filmed for the most part either. However, I did like watching KTC when Crest or Shelby were the host team to the Raiders. I live in Dudley town so I can't get to many games to actually watch, but I do listen online.

You would think that with all those real and mythical state championships Shelby has won they would have tons of support in the community. Every year they win a state title now they have to do serious begging to pay for the rings. Even started a booster club to help.

Wiz has a point though, how does alumni feel?
I personally know over the years military people liste Ning to games over the internet, I’m sure the same with streaming. Everybody doesn’t live in town, heck the Stste fir that matter. A major high school program nit steaming their games is just backwards. If I wanted to I could have watch DarkIrse volleyball games, they even stream middle school football games. Everybody’s not able to go to the games, older grandparents, sick disabled. It’s really kind of mid boggling they’re nit streaming. If they’re that dependent on gate $$$ it must be desperate times

There was a time that SMC schools didnt allow even RADIO broadcasts except recorded to broadcast the next day. (Swain I know, others as well) They believed those who stayed home should have to wait, I guess.

That might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.

The problem is everybody is spoilt by the speed and efficiency of the internet. Those of us who have been on the boards since the beginning or near beginning of NCPreps understood that this was an opportunity for those like myself who did not live in their hometown area a chance to keep up with the games and scores. Then came streaming radio, and then the KTCs of the world with their broadcasts of multiple games. I think I learned as much about football by listening as I ever would by watching.

I heard, maybe a rumor, Shelby doesn't want NCHSA to get any extra money from us, due to sticking us in that ****** conference.

At Dudley, my hubby spent $6 bucks for a cheeseburgers and $4 for fries which we split between us plus $4 for 2 sodas.
