What has to happen to stop having to play this game? There would've been more ppl at game tonight had we played a better team
as ba d as mcmichael is i thougt reidsville was that much better. Rams really looked good. Running clock rams only ran one offensive play in third quarter, a long td run by durham. other score a kickoff return by isaac hill. catches made with hands, not body for a change. know this was only mcmichael, but rams did not play down to their competition. lots of promise. threatening skies kept crowd way down.
I've always wanted this game off the schedule. Crowd was down because of the weather, should be much better next week if the weather is good.
can we please junk the trick play that has both QB in the game...and we better sure up our run defense before next week..Mcmichael had some success.,stronger running game awaits us in wentworth next week
weather played a role but more ppl will come see a more competitive game vs a team that has never beat us (I could be wrong on that) just common sense. Proud of my rams for dominating inferior competition but I will see what we have during the Guilford Co swing.
I agree with you TGT I always roll with my Rams no matter what but I also know a lot of ram fans who don't go to any game vs the other county teams esp mcmichael even though there have been a few competitive ones with the Rock and morehead. They take it as time to see other teams around
Reidsville administration needs to go back to school when it comes to scheduling.............FOUR straight games on the road and 3 of those are against Northern Guilford, NW Guilford and HP Andrews....then another road game with a conf. opponent plus an open date...after Reidsville's home game with Morehead in 2 weeks....We will not return for another home game until October 14th...........that is ridiculous..............
As to when we will stop playing McMichael?? Never, unless one of the schools moves to another county......................We are locked in baby with the other 3 schools...
McMichael has been around since 1989.....they have NEVER beaten us and only given Reidsville a close game once............
Before McMichael the school in that area was Madison-Mayodan and they have only beaten Reidsville twice........in 1962 (12-6) and in 1986 (also 12-6)

Nobody complained when Reidsville played those same three teams at home last year.
5 home games, 6 away this year; 6 home, 5 away last year.
Wrong TGT....I complained even then about the scheduling.......home and away evenly spaced works out.......BTW playing at home with those 3 teams didn't help....Reidsville did not beat anyone last year they weren't supposed to beat.................
I posted a couple of months ago that this would be the best Rams team since the last state championship team in 2009.
My opinion has not changed.
I believe the 2011 team( the one that lost to Kinston in the regionals) was the best since the 2009 team. The team this year is the best team since the 2011 team.
This team is better than the 2011 team. More depth and speed. And maybe the best QB in a long, long time.
Just stating an observation. Didn't see anyone trolling on your post about how well you guys did last night. As a matter of fact, it sounded like you guys could have put more points on the board.
Whoa man! I didn't mean any disrespect; Freedom, despite the blowout actually had some flashes of a decent ball team; just couldn't implement a sound plan to get things going.
Thanks. I was thinking, wow it's early in the season. Lol. While last night was good for us, we'll have to wait until week 6 to make an honest prediction about us. If we have similar execution and effort against a murderers row schedule of HP Andrews, Northern Guilford and NW Guilford, I'll say we are on another collision course with Shelby. I may not go to but one of the conference games, conference seems like it is worse this year Rockingham will be better than Mcmichael for sure, so we may get more of a look this week. The guilford county teams will be the true test.

WA dropped us off the schedule a few years ago so they could play all those Alamance county teams.....same problem we have having to play the 3 weak sisters in this county...I know, I know Morehead finally had very good team last year but it's a one done deal for a while I think.................
McMichael had cheerleaders but the McMichael band was a late scratch. Some of the band parents were at the game and got phone calls notifying them. Also strange not to have a National Anthem. They should at least play it over the PA system.
Administration was no more ready for this game than me.....No Nat'l Anthem (which is just plain wrong.....have a back-up plan in place)......No Programs......No one selling 50/50 tickets....(who would know that you had to go ask at the store for those,...BTW winning pot of 34 dollars was laughable).......let's hope by the next home game things will be a little smoother......This game (McMichael) reminded me of just a scrimmage...on 2nd thought that's what it was........................
Heard that UPS had programs in Greensboro but didn't deliver them because they thought the school was closed on Friday.
