Game 1 @ Reidsville. Double OT. Coach Teague went for 2 and Northern stopped Black on the 1ft line.
Game 2 @ Northern. Can't recall the score but I think it was 28-14 or so Northern
Game 3 @ Reidsville. Reidsville leading with less than 5 to go and Reidsville coughs it up
Game 4 @ Northern.... Reidsville is very good. Northern is down. I'm thinking 38 14 Reidsville.

Thoughts?

Northerns running back got hurt against Northwest, not sure if he's back, but he's the best player on the team for them.

Last chance for the Rams to beat Northern Guilford. They are not playing us next year.

Reidsville schedule for 2017:

Conference games: Bartlett Yancey, Carrboro, Cummings, Graham.

County games: Morehead, McMichael, Rockingham County.

Other games: High Point Andrews, Northwest Guilford, Magna Vista, W-S Reynolds, one other (Can't remember but its not Dudley).

Hard to believe only Northwest and Bartlett Yancey have wins among teams on Rams' schedule after four weeks. Well, maybe not.

Next year there are 2 schools without football programs. I like it better. Pick up better competition vs current conference

I don't like the idea of playing Reynolds. They don't have much of a program. Magna Vista is good. With everyone changing schedule next year surly we can get better competition than Reynolds. We need to play schools thats going to bring exposure. Win or lose.

Very difficult to fit together seven non-conference games and sometimes there aren't a lot of choices. Reynolds probably had open date same as Reidsville. Might have been last piece of puzzle.

I know it's past history..but several years ago RJ Reynolds was a powerhouse football program.....been down for quite a few years tho.....Speaking about programs on the decline.....look at Cummings this year....losing 4 games by scores of 70-0, 41-0, 43-0, and 48-0..............Wow...................

Reynolds is at least better than the county schools and the conference probably and they are 4a. But not a good team at all.

Unless something has changed in the past few weeks, Northern is still on schedule and not Magna Vista.

And you can only schedule 11 games.

Enough about next year's schedule. What's the word on Friday? Not sure how true, but heard the running back from Northern may have gotten hurt against Williams. Northern is definitely not where they were a couple of years ago.

We owe Northern big time.....lost 3 years ago by 1 point in double OT....a game that should have never gone to OT because we stripped the ball from NG running back at midfield to return for TD in the last couple of minutes....Ref blew an inadvertent whistle......then last year leading by 3...ball at midfield we cough it up on 2nd and short with just a few minutes left...and they drove it down for the winning score (Reidsville losing 13-10)............We need to play a complete game and take charge of this one...........

The claim from numerous Guilford County schools was that Northern was actively recruiting players from their schools. That is what Hag is referring to.

The Guilford Schools administration put an end to those allegations a few years ago. Maybe some of the posters more familiar with the Northern situation will enlighten you.

The "house arrest bracelets" comment is pure slander. Might want to consider deleting those words.

The kid your speaking of is an outstanding young man. He was in a bad situation and was caught up in a he said she said situation. He's working very hard to clear his name. By your screen name, I'm assuming you're a fan of the program, but by your comments, it makes me wonder. Can't be too close to the program because you would know more facts than speculations.

As far as house arrest goes ..it wasn't him and the other kid left the team back in the middle of summer before practice began

Problem here is Killer doesn't seem to be aware that "ankle bracelets" are worn by certain CONVICTED FELONS.
In this instance the person he is slandering has only been charged. No trial. And virtually any attorney will tell you that in circumstances such as this either the charges are dismissed or a misdemeanor plea is entered.

Hopefully the mods will read this thread and take necessary actions.

It appears that perhaps one or more of you Reidsville gentlemen have been sorely misinformed , discombobulated, flim flammed, pyramid-ed, or have received this confusement of confused information from perhaps someone that was confused, miscalculated, or miscombobulated at the time of transfer of bogus-ish, flim flamed-ish, or pyramid-ish type behavior, or maybe the perpetrator of this misapplied " information " had some kind of misadventure in the rolling hills, the mystique of Mama Lupa's Goat Farm, and other tourist attractions of the northern section of Guilford County...
P.S. This particular selection is dedicated to Mama Lupa , who is recovering from a misadventure on her semi-inoperable moped.

"Ramkiller" is likely a player that didnt work hard enough to play, or the parent of a player that doesnt work hard enough to play. Or just an idiot.
