Riverbend finished the season with a perfect 10-0 record after defeating North Stafford 28-21. It is the Bears 1st first-ever undefeated regular season since the school started football in 2004.

Junior Camden Simmons ended the back-and-forth scoring with a 14-yard touchdown run with under a minute to go. He finished with 47 yards rushing and 63 yards receiving, including a 34-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Ian Shook.

Riverbend had a 349 to 171 total yards advantage. Adrien Picot led the Bears in rushing with 132 yards on 16 carries, including a 15-yard touchdown run in the 4th quarter. Shook completed 5 of 9 passes for 108 yards and a touchdown while adding 57 yards on the ground.

Senior Dwayne Stewart was credited with seven tackles, and senior Mekhi Davis had an interception.

In addition to winning the Commonwealth District championship, the Bears' undefeated season also earned them a bye in the 5D playoffs.
