#22 for Rville. Radio said it was Tank but didnt look like him on the News. Was this the Anderson kid? Freshmen.
goknightgo, I thought you was a Knights fan. Reese might have been wearing #22 last night but he has been wearing #1 for 2 or 3 years. And the radio guys said Reese made a TD in the first half but in the second half #22 made a td and they said it was Tank.
What a game last night! Robbinsville is an excellent football team, every bit as good as advertised. They came to town ready to play. They jumped on the Tigers in a hurry. This Tiger team could have quit down 16-0 three or four minutes into the game. But the Tigers have shown both physical and emotional toughness all year, and last night was no different. the Tigers showed character and battled back. I couldn't be any prouder of our effort. Kudos to Robbinsville. They also displayed character, withstanding a Tiger comeback and finishing the game. It was well worth the price of admission! Rosman finishes up the year with Cherokee, Swain, and Murphy. The grit and determination they showed last night will be needed the rest of the year. Life in the SMC is tough every week. On to Cherokee. GO TIGERS!!!!!
I was there BK Tank Rattler was never on the field. Everyone knows Reece wears #1 but he didn't tonight. He had to wear Tank's jersey.
So many things to consider at this point of the season. Our tigers are less than 2 touchdowns away from a perfect season so far , something like 12 points I believe. Before last night they completely held 2 conference foes scoreless. They miraculously came back and from a 15 point deficit almost and I did say almost beat the defending 1A state champions last night. All of this and much more without 2 of their studs which hopefully will be back with us soon to excel the rest of the season , Josh and Neal. Good time to be a Tiger fan , Can't wait to go to Cherokee and see what happens over there !!! GO TIGERS
Hmmmmn, sounds to me like some folks on here are pretty much giving the SMC title to Robbinsville before the season is even close to being over. There is another undefeated team in conference and they looked pretty dang good last night. Swain is finally getting some of it's injured players back and I think by the last game of the season with Robbinsville, the Devils may be too much for the Black Knights. I may be wrong but after the Cherokee game last night, I like Swain's chances of yet another conference championship.
Heard last night the QB will be back for the playoffs. We've been in 2 wars this year (Mtn. Heritage and Robbinsville) and lost close ones. We can play with anybody on our schedule but gotta fight thru the wall when it counts come playoff time.

I don't think anyone on here said anything about giving R'ville another title. But I do know that Swain has it to do and it's not gonna be easy, you still gotta play Murphy and Rosman before you make the trip to the Big Oaks. So before I looked ahead to this conference championship your talking about I would worry about those two teams. Don't beat your chest about beating Cherokee lol, I've seen them and their line is nothing even close to what Swain will face playing Robbinsville. Sounds like to me when you can sneak Kobe Stephenson on the field to throw a halfback pass that their defense is pretty awful lol
Isn't it sad that with all the injuries through out the conference we might not really know who the best team really was this year ! It's part of the game and happens ever year but this year seems to be more than usual. I believe the rest of the state are over looking the SMC this year but will be shocked come playoff time when all our teams are healthy. Good luck to the SMC
they better not over look the SMC. In Small A, I think a SMC team WILL represent the West. Rosman, Murphy, or Rville will be in the Title game. Go SMC.
