Any idea on who the possible QB transfer(s) would be?
being lazy here, what was Kyle recruiting wise out of high school, a 4 star?
now that's funny, transfer wise may be the only way we ever get a 5 star rated QB on our team. How sad is that?
#1 pro-style qb and #7 overall recruit. Would like to get him to create some good competition at the qb position.being lazy here, what was Kyle recruiting wise out of high school, a 4 star?
How soon could Allen play? Wouldn't he have to sit out a year. TA would still be the man next year then it's supposed to be POB's time. Not that having both wouldn't be great but it doesn't help next year.
No doubt. Agreed. Just would be nice to push TA next year. Or surpass him.We need as many capable pro style quarterbacks as we can land right now. Building for the future begins yesterday.
Not Kaz but IIRC Sanchez was close to pulling the trigger but Beck beat him to it. Think it was a situation where they were going to take only who committed first.Kaz how close were we to Sanchez, the 5 star USC qb that year? I do remember we where in on him and Harrison Beck, we all know how that played out...but. was Callahan even close to pull in him?

mayfield is fighting for a second year. doesn't appear he will win that back.He can play in '17 and wants to go to a school with a senior QB.
It sounds like he likes Oklahoma.
I want to say this I Love Tommy' heart.#1 pro-style qb and #7 overall recruit. Would like to get him to create some good competition at the qb position.
When USC offered him, it was over at that point, for everyone. Had he wanted to come to Lincoln, Callahan would've taken him at any point.Kaz how close were we to Sanchez, the 5 star USC qb that year? He would have to sit out a year before he could play per NCAA rules. As much I love TA, he has to take care of the ball better. If he can't find someone who will. If this guy can , then play him next year. We cannot afford losing seasons here. Irrelevancy is peeping around the corner.
