Says they will take visits to Rutgers, and maybe a Florida school, and then make their announcement on ESPN on signing day. He thinks they choose Us.

Not that it matters because technically nothing is final til they sign on the

dotted line but it would've been better to hear they committed. Even better would be to have committed and not take any more visits. Maybe they just want their chance to announce with the media present.

Agree. Ceremonies don't usually work out well for us, but I think these guys change that.

Steve leaking the info early probably caused this. They want their moment, and once again Steve ruined it in an attempt to be the first outlet to report the commitment. I guess we'll never know if that played a part, but it wouldn't surprise me. They may have planned ESPN from the start.

I could easily see MacKensie getting a call from Luginbill or someone else with ESPN as the rumors swirled about his commitment to us asking him to wait to go public until ESPN could cover the event. He is the #4 overall player according to ESPN, only behind RN in terms of being committed, hence why his commitment will probably be a pretty big deal to them...
