Yeah. I'm assuming all season ticket holders received this. I'm sure the timing is completely arbitrary and has nothing to do with the dumpster fire in Piscataway.

5000 surveys go out randomly the morning after the game to season ticket holders & individual buyers to get feedback while it's still fresh in their minds and to anticipate any potential issues.

This would make sense considering some games I have received the survey and others I haven't. I did actually have an issue with my seat for WSU which I pointed out on the survey, and received a call from the ticket office shortly after to fix the situation. They do read these things so if there is something you want fixed, it's probably best to include it in the survey comments.
