I kid! I kid!

That was fabulous - watched game online.

That is the most proud I have been for any of our Rutgers sports teams in forever. (Other than beating Wisconsin last year, I can't think of too many recent great moments. Obviously this one means so much more than that BB victory, but my point is we haven't witnessed such a high level of success is so long. Has to be women's basketball finals appearance.)

Oh, and that video of the celebration?
PRICELESS!!!

It even made me feel emotional.
I am SO HAPPY for those women.
And so proud of them.

Bring it home ladies!!!

Total "rope a dope" approach by RU. Against the top offense in the country, RU played conservative and physical. No overlapping, lots of ball control on our half of the field and little offense on our part. Looked like it was not,going to work since VA's passing game and quickness was fantastic. RU defense was constantly forced to sprint to cover open players who received passes. One strong save by Casey and one great save/missed chance by RU. I though that missed chance was the game. Brianna Reed had her typical great game. No one else,really stood out to me -real team effort.
