RU Women's Soccer Women’s Soccer Announces 2019 Signing Class

2019 class announced. Seven ladies, including two Brits. Check out their web site.

"We are thrilled to bring in this 2019 class. The group is stacked with individual ability to immediately add depth to each position," said Head Coach Mike O'Neill. "It's a diverse class that features homegrown to out-of-state players, as well as overseas additions. Most importantly, it is a group of amazing people and characters that will complement our program's standard. We feel this class fills in the areas that we need to continue raising the bar. Class seems smaller than normal. I assume we have a lot of players coming back. Hard to tell if this is one of our better classes. The one woman from the UK (Roberts?) sounds like she should be ready to play day one. I wonder what the caliber of women club play is there? You would think pretty strong.

I believe we only lost 3 field players from last year. Little surprised we brought in 7. However, some returnees often elect to move on.
