Agreed, best to look at the week as a whole including the Kennesaw game. Even would be 2-2 with two good wins in Vegas to make up for the Kennesaw loss. 1-3 for the week is far from even.
Fair article. Most fair minded people did not expect this young team to beat a ranked team this early in the year. They played closer than expected and showed growth in key areas. Plenty of work still to do, but still time to do it.
Article is paywalled. I will give them the benefit of the doubt somewhat re: the refs were awful in TxA&M game yet we still had R chances to win it.

Thanks for posting this; didn't see it before now. Really interesting on the outside perception (and he said it out loud) on how hard a job it is to win here. That's why I really want him to succeed.
I think Pike can get us back to a Final Four (we already had a legit shot at it a few years ago), and in the meantime, there’s no better representative of Rutgers Nation than Steve Pikiell.
