Big mistake holding and horrible 2nd down call...and another bad call on 3rd

Great we are up 3-0 holding the ball for 9 minutes but you have to get a td there
Play calling sucks but at least the OL is blocking for Gavin.

Can't expect to win running QB draws on 3rd and 8 with 10 in the box

Spot analysis:

7 would have been better.
0 would have been worse.

Controversial but I stand by it!

Holding maybe the most discretionary call in football. You could justify it on pretty much every play, but it's rarely called unless it's egregious... Which is just a judgment call.

If it were a less severe penalty, say 5 yards, you'd probably see it called a lot more often.

Can't trade FG and TDs - will be OSU all over again.

When we get close have to take chances and try to score actual TD.s

Smart play by the PSU receiver, he didn't think he was going to get to the ball so he slowed up and got trucked for the PI

Exactly what happened - WR slowed up big time caused our defender to run into him

Not a horrible call (nor was the hold on Sutton).

Let’s just see him they call similar on PSU as game goes on. No complaints…. Yet lol

The "same ol' Rutgers" pessimist in me says "game over". Hope I'm wrong.

Where are those swing passes to RB's that we saw against Temple? Something to try and keep PSU D off balance.

On the bright side, we actually led against UM, OSU, and PSU this season.
