What’s up with this? Not arguing against it but this is insane. I know we offer a great program but is NIL committed to these guys now? Is that even possible at this point?

This is how OV weekends normally go. Unfortunately, Chris Ash ruined the "normal" for us and it's taken this long to get back.

Somewhat different recruiting vibe building at Rutgers. We have have had several days of multiple recruits but not at this level. I ‘m waiting for 3-4 **** types and perhaps that still has a chance. As Mr. Miyagi told Daniel in the Karate Kid …”aye had good chance”

NIL is part of the equation but it's mainly about relationships and culture. Greg & the staff did a great job selling the program this weekend. 2-3 of these commits were leaning elsewhere and RU was able to get a verbal pledge from them.
