I believe have shown the blueprint. Will other teams follow it though? The Giants believe in pitching wins Championships. Other teams say this but they don't follow it like the Giants. The Giants had 1 position player Buster Posey that was a starter in the WS 2 years ago. 2010/2012 1st Aubrey Huff/Brandon Belt, 2nd Freddy Sanchez/Marco Scutaro, 3rd Juan Uribe/Pablo Sandoval, SS Edgar Renteria/Brandon Crawford, LF Pat Burell/Gregor Blanco, CF Andres Torres/Angel Pagan, RF Cody Ross/Hunter Pence. That's amazing to me. Of the 14 position players named for the 25 man roster in 2010 only 3 were on the 2012 roster. Aubrey Huff, Pablo Sandoval and Posey and Huff was a non-factor. However 9 of the 11 pitchers are still on the team with only Jonathan Sanchez and Ramon Ramirez gone.
