Congratulations to Carmen. When or is the starting shortstop (from last season) for RU returning this season? It doesn't seem as if we really added many new guys who really helped us. The last several years we just keep struggling with pitching and hitting.

Sclafani left the last game with what appeared to be a sprained ankle as he rounded 3rd base. Hope he's ok , as this team needs his bat , especially since there are few true 'power' hitters in the lineup.

Tomorrow the team is home vs Lafayette, and then home for the weekend against Michigan St (last place in Big10). A 4 game sweep is actually realistic.
