i cant even being to tell you how weird it is to see the word "scrimmage" in the tag line on this thread....strange times indeed.
Yeah and another weird thing is basketball usually has to wait for our football players to get finished with football. This year football is going to have to wait on our basketball team if they make a deep run in the playoffs. With a shortened football season and with us having a bunch of starters coming in late might effect how our season goes. I'm sure there are a bunch of other schools in the same boat.
Yea, that is weird, alot of smaller schools especially probably will have a tough time practicing for a couple weeks bc they will be missing alot of their WR/RB/DBs
I am sure KM mite consider renting out their field for a price, we are still needing funds for our NEW PRESS BOX.Cleveland County Schools might wanna play nice with KM and see if they can hold the scrimmages on that turfthey have did a great job with fields but this weather is just atrocious
I have been told will be moved to 17th due to possible inclement weather Thursday

Little sloopy but to be expected, Shelby needs better O-line play, liked our running game and that's with main runner on BB team.
Crest looked tough on D, There offense will be quick strick offense again.

Shame they only get to play conference games. Some of the non conf games are best if the year.

Burns is technically supposed to be hosting the scrimmage today since KM hosted at GWU last year but I guess KM gets to host again since they have the turf and their field holds up better. The announcers didnt do a single play by play and to be honest i dont even think they were watching the game. They had a nice chat about all things KM but it would have been nice to hear some names called. Did anyone else find it odd ?

Lawndog, hard to beat a free live stream. Even a bad one. With KTC broadcasting no longer streaming games on YouTube, this might be the new normal.
With all four county teams live streaming football games, I expect there might be some below par announcing. I heard Andy Foster will do Crest games. Maybe Centofanti will do Burns and Brent Pasko & Coach Jones do Shelby.
Yes free is hard to beat esp for a poor dog like myself. I think KTC has spoiled us the last few years. Of course Andy will do Crest games as he has for at least what 40 years or so? I hope we can keep Tom and Shelby keeps Pasco.
I watched the Shelby vs Crest scrimmage on youtube Sunday. I noticed a few things about Shelby.
Malaki has moved to OLB and is also getting time on offense.
Shelby has 3 very capable RB's. I think the offense will be more run-focused this year.
Offensive line needs time to gel.
New QB will be a very good "game" manager.
Defense will DOMINATE
