Don't be ridiculous... We aren't at that level. Florida beat TAMU. Ole miss and la tech almost did. Our problem is we run our mouths leading up to big games then play scared, timid, and uncompetitive. Not since 2010 Arkansas have we even competed in a big game against a ranked team, much less bama or lsu.
Sumlin has more to think about this week than some silly-assed Snow Bowl crap. Obviously, aTm spent the week (and other weeks) on fundamentals and game plan rather that preening themselves and admiring their new cute gameday attire. If we could tackle and block as pretty as we dress, maybe we would be a little happier this morning.
It's our own fault. We overhyped a freaking Indy bowl for God's sake.
All I could think about in the stadium all day was who besides MSU boasts in every way possible about a trip to Shreveport? And remember this. That team got to Shreveport by UNDERACHIEVING. I still remember Arkansas stopping fatass Walker in the backfield in the sleet in Starkville then freaking Romero Miller having a career game against our powerhouse defense the following week. That team was good enough to have no business in Shreveport but blew it. We've acted like it was some sort of national championship win all week to the point it's embarassing.
