nmMullen and crew definitely have their work cut out for them in this deal. I hope we can pull it off.
Let's be honest, you are shitting your britches at the thought of losing Mix and Jones, seeing Jones and Conner possibly sign with OM, and watching OM get even more publicity from a top 10 class.
That explains your silly post.
Tell you what. How about a loser leave SPS bet?
If Treadwell fails to qualify, I incur a lifetime IP ban from SPS.
If Treadwell does qualify, you incur a lifetime IP ban from SPS.
You and both know that you don't believe what you posted. You can show that you aren't a ***** by excepting the bet.
I know that some of your brethren here will encourage this bet on the chance that they never hear from me again. Are you confident enough in your "info" to accept it?
you certainly give us no help in the situation with these type of posts.from 3000 feet this now looks like nothing but a bidding war.
Neal McCready said Jones is not visiting anywhere this weekend.
All these useless posts later, many of which include off-the-wall predictions by you that blow up in your face(Deshea and weren't you the one that raised hell about Nick James/Quay Evans never playing a down?), and you still don't know the rules of SPS with regard to ban bets...color me shocked**
So, explain to us what happened between Treadwell and Michigan -- his longterm leader? He just lost interest when he came to the mecca that is Oxford in comparison to Ann Arbor?** I don't pretend to know the story here -- but I've heard whispers about potential grade risks for months now, since long before Ole Miss was considered his clear leader. Next, you are going to tell me that Elijah Daniel isn't a significant grade risk either -- although Florida cancelled his in-home and OV just weeks before his commitment to OM due to their admissions standards...
This isn't a shot at OM. It's a known fact that BOTH of us can get kids qualified in MS that generally don't qualify elsewhere -- and you are even better at it than us, but we both learned from David Saunders. Everyone understands that. You got Powe in. You got Ward in on his last ACT try. No one doubts your ability to get kids into school that don't get in elsewhere. That doesn't mean that B1G schools that are members of the AAU can do the same thing...
don't understand why Jones would tell a network recruiting guy one thing and McCready something else. I will say though if McReady put that out there I would put more weight on that info than something a random national recruiting guy says though.Neal's usually a straight-shooter but he also said that Jones told him he wasn't visiting Oxford Friday so...
I wasn't wrong in the Deshea post, you can go look again if you'd like. I never said he wouldn't come. I said I wouldn't get my hopes up. If you want to take me to task for that, you might want to do the same for Coach34 and his "I wouldn't get my hopes up" post about Chris Jones visiting OM.
I was never involved in the Nick James/Quay Evans debates, but it looks like they weren't much to get upset about anyway.
But if we are keeping score at home, nobody has been more wrong than you here of late. You've practically gone into hiding after getting abused last week by OMlawdog.
I don't doubt that we can get kids in that other schools can't on occasion. I'm telling you that Michigan, Illinois, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma St didn't back off of the number one WR in the nation with months to go until enrollment. I'd like you to show me a credible link that shows any of them backed off for grades.
You talk about Daniels as if him not visiting Florida is some type of award for you, but just a few weeks ago you were bragging about Brewster getting you in the door with Daniel.

I've been here a while. I understand rule 14 better than you evidently.

Coach66 didn't say he KNEW Treadwell wasn't going to qualify, nor did he predict that he wouldn't qualify. He simply said that he has information that there is a POSSIBILITY that he won't qualify. Why would someone make a bet over something that he said was just a possibility?
You're the silly one in this argument, and the one who seems to be "shitting your britches". Damn. Calling people retarded and ****...acting like you're info is always on the money, but another guy who gives his is just "retarded". 17 you.
I wish there WAS a way to get you to leave the board...you annoy the 17 out of me - I'll let the others speak for themselves.
because he had no chance to qualify
And I quote coach66 (who has also gone into hiding)...
