Teaching was too hard for two pussies. No surprise.

I'd love to see how the government was keeping you from teaching basic US History. You were probably just an incredibly ****** teacher. But hey, blame someone else. Accountability!
Or it could be that they were tired of moronic liberals like yourself pushing revisionist history to help satisfy your snowflake feelings that they were not going to lie to the children. There is always that.

I now work for a large equipment company in sales. I make a base of 45,000 per year plus commission. I also work at my families car lot and handle inventory auctions, and make sure it's stocked. I owned a retail clothing business for 6 years that couldn't sustain itself. Fail.

Looking at going back into business next year under a completely new thing. Very excited and ready.

I want to be rich so.....

Have you considered becoming an Amway representative. The potential is enormous (far beyond the chicken feed these guys make.) Give me a call and I can get you set up. 555-5555.

I'm watching "The Handyman" do a live stream on YT. Apparently, we're all in the wrong business. He says he's knocking down between $10-$12k/month... JUST off You Tube commissions. That is in addition to his ridiculously lucrative handyman career, rental property ownership and You Tube sponsorships.

Dude charged a homeowner $300 per TV to hang 3 TV's. Hang them. Not run a new outlet, not fish cables thru walls... bolted 3 new brackets to the wall. Apparently, knowing how to do manly things is a rarity that has increasing value in today's society...

Edit: This is fascinating. Says Oct-Dec is his busy time. Made $25k off scial media since October this year. Dammit boy.

People lie on the web.

I wanted to put up a brick retaining wall with a black metal fence down the side . I priced out the material and it was $17K. First quote that came in was for $110K. So while I don't want to get into my salary, I really want to know what this guy makes a year.*

* I obviously didn't hire him

Well, as he discussed in the live thread this morning when people were doubting his YouTube income. He takes so much time to setup camera and edit footage of every job he does that he loses money on the number of total jobs he can do in a week/month. If messing with YouTube wasn't making him at least what he misses out on in jobs, it wouldn't be worth the effort. Yet, he puts out 2-3 week.

The video of the tv installs is up on his channel. He tells and shows all. He is fully aware of the advantage he takes of these people. They don't seem to care. Check his vids out. He's not slum lording, he's got good income clientele in an area where a $375k home is rental property.

Will it ever be? LOL!

True story, in 2005 when I was 25 married with a baby boy and lving in our first home my wife and I combined to make $60,000 per year. I thought at $100,000 combined we would be able to whatever we wanted based on our budget at that time. We have far surpassed that target income, but I still want more. Of course that baby boy is 13 and has an appetite for Air Jordan's and we have added a 9 year old daughter who loves Justice outfits, 2 dogs, and we live in a house that is twice as large. Comes down to want vs need. We have been beyond blessed so I really try to focus on how much we have, but of course I am a human and have an eye on shiny new golf clubs, a new truck, new clothes, etc.

I guess everyone in the Paddock is in the top ten percent in earnings? I make enough to have a home and to not live paycheck to paycheck. I am paid well, but not well enough to be cavalier about my money management. I'm likely younger than most on here.
