player for Tottenheim makes an aggressive slide tackle. He gets a red card. With 73 minutes left in the match to be played! So now his team has to play almost an entire match minus a player. This is the worst rule in any sport. How soccer can still play with this rule is beyond me.

That's like complaining your is slightly over salted
when it's also burnt, covered in flies, and not what you ordered.
Soccer has much more serious flaws, like constant low (or no) scoring ties, and egregious fake injuries.
