Soccer Post: I finally got around to watching season 3 of Ted Lasso

Damn… the last episode was pretty dusty from start to finish.

Jason Sudekis will never top that role no matter how long he works.

Jamie Tartt is my favorite character outside of Ted. That Mancunian accent (yeah.. I looked it up) he speaks with is hilarious.

I know they’ve just started filming a new season that will be a different cast of characters. ….cant wait.

Loved the first two seasons. But then seemed like season 3 really started pushing some agendas. Got maybe 2-3 episodes in and completely lost interest. Didn’t seem to have the same humor as the first two seasons. Became much more of a drama than an easy watching, comedic sports sitcom.

Said it before, but Welcome to Wrexham is Ted Lasso in real life, which makes it about 10x better. And I liked Ted Lasso.

WtW is just really really good. I'm watching it again now with my older kids. I did have to warn them that I don't condone the use of 17 as a filler word in almost every sentence, that's just how they talk in Wales.

Welllll... I get it but (without providing any spoilers) the most recent 'event' happened in late April this year, and the new season started 3 weeks later in May. Between work and kids and MSU sports it was easy to not watch live games during the first four seasons, and found it enjoyable not knowing everything that happened.

It has admittedly gotten a lot harder not to follow the more popular the team has become. So what I'm saying is I'm torn between trying to wait, or giving that up and watching the games live.

You'll love season 4 then, Jamie Tartt won't be in it, or Roy Kent...wtf.
