This might be a completely stupid question, but is the police officer parking lot in Johnson Park used by officers who are working during the game, or is it for officers attending the game? My group will be tailgating in Johnson Park but one of my friends who is an officer will be coming by later after he gets out of work, but the Johnson Park lot might be full by then. Will he be able to park in the police officer lot?

I've always been told if you wear a blue uniform you get special privileges that don't apply to the rest of us.
I don know how many x's I've heard, did you tell them you were a cop. Did they know you were a cop, shoulda told them you were a cop.

There is a great deal of tailgating in that lot so it isn't just parking for the working officers.
Total ******** that it exists

We'll get you a wahhhmbulance. If Rutgers makes these arrangements with the County, don't see the problem.

To the OP, tell your friend to have a badge and his ID, and it should be no problem.

My understanding is that lot was set aside by the county for all emergency service workers, paid or volunteer. Rutgers had nothing to do with it. A friend who's a volunteer EMT parks there every game.

Your friend should have told you ..... The first rule of the police officer parking lot is that you do not talk about the police officer parking lot.
