Hard to say about this game. I know South Meck is 1-3. The only win was against winless Harding. S. Meck losses was against two undefeated teams Olympic and Providence who are 4-0. And a loss to Ardrey Kell who is 3-1. It’s hard for me to make a read on this. But I’m going with the gut call of AL Brown winning by 7-10 points. Brown could win by a bigger margin or possibly lose taking that S. Meck is a better team than the record shows. Yes any CLT guys have any info on S. Meck.
S.M. Won 17 to 14. Kannapolis missed a 39 yard field goal to tie the game at the end. S. M. Is a lot better than their record indicates. Their defense of line physically whipped our offense of line. Our quarterback was under pressure all night, he didn’t have time to throw the ball.
I struggle with this game making a prediction. I felt like AL Brown would be the better team in a close contest. However S.M. proved me wrong. But yes S.M. is better than their record.
I thought the upset was the hopewell game.Don’t let the record fool you they’re pretty good. I bet their defense of line out weight our offense by at lest 50 pounds per man They physically whipped us upfront.Our quarterback was on the run all night.

I will say this, there was some dumb playing call on S. M. Late in the game that almost cost them the game.
