my only guess is with this RPI ranking , is that west is getting more credit for the opponent's played compared to what northwest is. West played Mooresville, and then Mooresville's opponent's they played are better quality, then the northwest quality of opponent. If i read it right its your opponent's record and then there opponent's record that count toward your RPI..

NW will go into it as a 1 seed and then everyone else is into the pool based on RPI, I not sure on Carson, havn't looked into that.
