Jeff Weinberger keeps repeating on air that he is hearing that Stanley will transfer immediately if he isn't given a chance to play/start. Ole Miss would be down to one QB.

Then again, it might not be surprising to see a 2-9 OM play a 2-9 MSU team in the "Who wants to lose 10 games this year" bowl.

The conference demands that the 2 retard programs remain in as near a constant state of retard equilibrium as possible. If one program appears to be crawling out of the **** pit, karma is there to ***** slap them. Your two cotton bowls have disturbed the conference retard karma greatly.

I shudder at the thoughts of our next ***** slap

We do a perfectly fine job of it all by ourselves. And I'm speaking for both MSU and UM here.

Is that Jessie Grandy got into some fisticuffs with an unnamedteamate in the locker room after the near upset of new rival Vandy and is considering quitting the team.

Delicious, unverifiable rumor of a rival's advancing implosion combined with a pithy, understated potshot. VERY nicely played, my man.

after the near upset of new rival Vandy

with light speed at which Mississippi hasfallen, coupled with the near guaranteed drop to come (they may finish 0-8 in the SEC); could a bevy of transfers and defecting commits push these guys BELOW Vanderbilt (whoNutt is 1-2 versus)for the near future???

...if Stanley sticks around, he will eventually be the starter.

Why? Because Masoli is on the fast track to being a failed experiment.

he just has nothing around him. Ole Miss dropped 2 TD's last Saturday that should have been caught.

..great talent chrysalis transform into a beautiful butterfly. All I see is a befuddled transfer who is really freaked out over how fast southern football players are.

I still say if Stanley sticks around, he will eventually be the starter.

he is a pretty ****** passer. The pass to Bolden was terrible.

but I have a feeling things will start clicking for them, and they'll get on track. There seems to be a chemistry issue, and that can come around at any point.

He's a good passer. He's allowed a few mistakes from time to time.

Plus, the Bolden pass did bounce off Bolden's hands; if it hits you in the hands you should catch it.

If they lose it I won't be shocked if they end up 2-10. The chemistry is like freaking nitroglycerin over there. One bad drop and the whole program blows up.

yes, one was perfect. One was bad.

But he made a bunch of other throws that were awful saturday.

In a spread offense, he's an adequate passer. When you drop him back and ask him to throw an out route, he's not so good.

He's great for a spread option offense, because he's basically a playground QB. He doesn't have to have his feet set to make a throw. He just throws off his front foot, back foot, off balance, on the run, whatever.

He just doesn't fit our offense. We're trying to make our offense fit him, but that's not helping the other 10 players on the field.

Masoli is a criminal but he's criminal who happens to be an exceptionally talented quarterback. They might've lost to Tulane without him.

1) Ferbia Allen drop at the 11 with no one to stop him.

2) Lionel Breaux dropped in the endzone with a defender 3 feet behind him after Masoli eluded a rush, rolled to the right, and threw a 35 yard dart off his back foot with a defender in his face.

3) Bolden dropping a routine catch out of the backfield, one he has made countless times in practice and in games. It wasn't the best throw, but he got two hands on it.

I'm also not surprised Ronny thinks he is a bust despite the fact that, through 3 games (only 2.5 of which Masoli played), Masoli is 3rd in the SEC in total offense. The complete disregard for facts is a staple in Ronny's postings. Kinda like when he said he wouldn't trade Terrico White for anyone on MSU's squad.

1) You lost to Vanderbilt. Does it really matter the process by which you got there? Last time I checked, catching passes are a part of football.

2) If Masoli is 3rd in total offense in the SEC, doesn't that help the argument that stats really don't tell the entire story? What I mean is, the whole point here is to win the football game.

1) Of course it matters. Two of the dropped TDs were the difference, along with Masoli's pick-6. (Masoli ended up running the ball in after one of the dropped TDs)

2) I wasn't debating whether the entire story was being told. Its obvious that the guy is forcing things at times which has led to some INTs. But to suggest that he, in some way, has been a bust is absurd. I think that shows more that he isn't getting any help, from players or coaches. If your QB is third in the SEC in offense, you should be winning games.

Renardo will sit the first 9 games as planned. He will then suffer a high ankle sprain in practice the week before he is to hit the hardwood for his first game in maroon and white. This will linger until late January/early February. He will then proceed to average 3.2 pts and 2.5 boards per game over the final 10 games of the regular season. He will then sit through the SEC Tourney for violation of unspecified team rules. We will go 2 and out of that one and we will not even have to sit through selection Sunday because our fate for the NCAA's will have already been determined. Karma is a *****. Especially retard karma.

come on DCD, you and I have both listened to his blatherings long enough.

That being said, Stanley has the starting job next year, no reason for him to leave. Unless he is a huge *****. Don't know him, so I cannot say on that count.

I will have to admit that I haven't seen Ole Miss play this year. I have just seen a highlight here or there so my opinion is not an informed one but here are my two cents anyway:

Masoli is not the problem. He is doing exactly what he can do, scramble make some good throws here and there and make something from nothing. Ole Miss's O-line is not up to snuff this year and for some darn reason their defensive front seven just isn't getting it done. That front four was supposed to be as good as anyone's and they simply aren't playing that way. It's like that team just doesn't want to win.

%*%$ definitely has better players than Jacksonville State or Vandy and I cannot explain why they aren't winning. Then again, it isn't my job but Nutt better figure it out fast or he will be history.
