Throw in the 3 points for home field advantage and they actually think we are better.

The three points are considered when the line is set...so yes...and a three point difference in a rival game is enough for me to stay away from it as a wager. Of course, I never wager on State anyway because I'm convinced that I'm not objective although I try to be.
