It looks like the Rutgers players put a lot of effort into each game, and really WANT to be successful. It must be so tough to play for such incompetent coaches that barely give you enough of a chance to compete, let alone win .

it truly is...these are good kids that work hard, the team is not devoid of talent...the coaching staff is incompetent...clean house and we can have a good seasons next year

but what about our 44th ranked recruiting class??? Won't they all leave if the staff is fired?

From what I can tell, the players support Flood and this coaching staff. I think Flood should be gone, too, but if they're playing for who they want to play for there's no reason to feel sorry for them.

I think this is way too simplistic. We are playing against teams with better players, lots of them. It is not as easy to just point to the coaching shortcomings.

But yet NIU and Temple can hang and beat Ohio State and PSU?
