He may be a fan of "good" teams. But I always thought of bandwagon fans, as fans who only supported a team when that team was doing well. Hence... they jumped in the bandwagon.
Last check...UK basketball and BAMA football have been decent for a few years.
Again, JMO; and no, I am not a Drake fan... But he supports UK is some capacity, he can't be all bad.
For me...As long as that is not at our game, who should care?Ok so then what do people think of this?
It almost becomes a love hate for a lot of fans. Winning means oh what could have been, raised hopes for the remainder of the season, more years of Stoops.
Losing means figured that would happen, no change in the status quo, how long till Stoops is gone.
There will be some if the game is close that will breathe a sigh of relief at the conclusion.
Even Matt Jones admitted on his show the existence of these fan types.
He hates them too
Jones is one of those fans as well. He likes the bandwagon, folks just are not willing to see it.
I go back and forth on him. He seems ok in his niche and he has Freddie M now.
If we beat Alabama, Lexington will start celebrating in Saturday and it will continue into next week. On Monday, the NCAA will call the UK FB office and let them know, they reviewed the game tape and found numerous mistakes made by the ref's. They will inform UK that they are going to ahead, reverse the outcome of the game and give the win to Alabama, where they will remain #1 in the country. That is the luck of UK FB.

My son (10) asked if we can beat Alabama. I said, "no." He said, "we did play better last week Dad." He went to the game and had excitement hangover, which in thankful for.
I've told him that if we beat Alabama today then I will burn our couch. He asked, "why would you burn the couch?" I told him, "because, that's why" (that statement has been working since childhood and we all use it).
It's a promise though. So if we pull the upset, I lose a couch...and I actually like the couch. I'll burn the love seat too if it comes to that and get a new set.
