Hulu tries to push too much at you at once. Always trying to show you something to watch in hopes you might add on or subscribe to something else. If I want to watch live tv I don't need to see options for the latest series on Hulu, Disney or NatGeo... or an icon I can click to add on HBO.What sucks about it? Reading this thread makes me think I'm missing out on something awesome from another provider. I don't find Hulu any harder to use than Netflix, Prime or Youtube. I've never used YTTV.
But for me.. the killer feature of YTTV is being able to rearrange your channels to have whatever you watch most at the top. And you can do it for different family members' profiles. For example our standard profile in the house is all the ESPN's and SEC Network at the top, HGTV next and then local networks.
Yes... I know you can create "favorite" lists in Hulu and only see those. But it's not the same. Google has it figured out.
