Just wanted to publicly thank Otis4411 for showing the West Craven/SW Edgecombe game live on fb for me. This is only the 5th game I've missed since 1998....26 years....but when your body says no, you gotta listen. I've done plenty of things over the years that my body told me not to do, and I ended up paying for it hours later. But the ol' back is making it difficult to even walk around the house, so it's nice to have nice guys up here!

My back has been killing me for a month. I bought an inversion table off Amazon and it has really made a difference

I hope you get to feeling better. Back trouble is bad. I’ve had neck surgery twice. Fused 3 disc first time and 2 the 2nd time. I think I have 2 disc left! Congrats on the win.
I had L4 L5 and L5 S1 fused, and was told that in 10 years or so, the other discs will most likely fail due to the extra load that they have been forced into due to the removal of those lower two. My line of work gave me only 8 years. Same pain. Same loss of strength and range of motion on one side with excruciating pain. Same falls. Same sciatica. So I already know what's going on.

I'd consult with a doctor before purchasing an inversion table since you've had discs fused. My aunt has had that and her dr. advised her against it. I'm actually typing this upside down now.
