Moultrie was still turned trying to catch the ball. He did not lower his shoulder. His was bent over trying to catch the ball but he did not lower his shoulder in an attempt to run over the guy.

No, he wasn't. He was justmoving towards the baseline to receive the pass. The defender was still moving into Moultrie's path at the moment of impact. Bad call.
Looked more like a block than a charge, since both player were still ovbiously moving and the offensive player has the apparent right of way? I'm just looking at it from a basketball rules point of view. Ive see more of those situations go way of block than charge in my day of watching bball games.

You are correct. But, I've seen that play called a charge for so long now and I agree with it. The defender was barely moving and Moultriebarreled in totally out of control. Just like walking in basketball or the strike zone in baseball, the rules are fluid. <div>

Stans coached with a lot of passion tonight. I was five rows up and could hear him all game, due in part to a less than half full arena. In my opinion, tonight wasn't about the decisions he made in-game. Most of our undoing was turnovers and defense. That all goes back to practice. We aren't getting better in between games, and THAT you can pin on our head coach. We aren't prepared enough to execute the adjustments we make during the game. It's as simple as that. We also don't have a floor general. Dee is talented, but we're rarely communicating as much as we should be.

I usually watch parts of games throughout the week and have notices some 17ing horrible officiating this year. Is it that hard to find an official who knows the rules, has decent vision, and the knack for being in the correct position? Some of the stuff is obvious even to the viewing impaired, yet the official 47 inches away cannot seem to get the call correct. What the 17 is going on?
