Truth is, our vets were the difference today. Probably a little overwhelming for the new guys.

I expect things to settle down tomorrow and for us to get a couple of easy wins.

Expections were off the charts … not so much now but I saw some stuff that was encouraging.
I am glad they have season to get better because they ain’t ready for mid season much less post season. BOC & Co have their work cut out for them.
There is talent for sure but a lot has to be done. I am intrigued, how good is BOC? I hope to pleasantly surprised, but prepare for opposite.

One big positive for me was Frei looking like a serviceable 2B. Made a couple of nice plays after the early collision. We'll see.

New guys. Can't say they looked any better coached than Lem's teams today. Guess it will take some time for them to gel and him to get to where we expected to him to be.
It's a long season. Hope it doesn't feel long when it's over.

He’s one of the 5 best coaches in college baseball. If he can’t win here & win big, we may as well just shut it down.

To those of you who thought New York baseball is some kind of joke, get a hold of yourselves. They play baseball up there. They are a decent team. We might have entered the game a little tight, too. I think we will be ok as the season progresses.
