I know were rates great analytically on D but eye test doesnt show it whenever we play teams with even slightly above average athletes

Coaching was the big issue in both loses. The fact that Pikiell was extended is mind blowing. There was no need to do that as he had a longer contract already. Hobbs got way over his skies.
No unfortunately I watched the whole game hahah. I mean is anyone shocked. Seriously. Everyone stop what ur doing and think a) are u truly shocked they blew that or b) that it matters? It’s the same thing with this core of guys. It’s lapses and lack of focus and I don’t know if that’s the head guy or the kids but they’ll have a whole off-season to stew on it. Either way, congrats to Hofstra, speedy is a solid coach for them.
I wanted us to get into the NCAA Tournament because based on the whole season, I thought we deserved it. This game showed you exactly why we didn’t get in.

The bad play was again with a lead and 29 seconds to go we should’ve been fouling. Allowing a 3 was the stupidest decision ever. Didn’t learn from Minny.

Lack of dynamic playmakers. We have 1 person that can 1 V 1 and he's a freshman. Not one other player on the team that can do that. Need lots of turnover.
