The banked 3 he was open. I know you are taught to not leave your feet to contest shot but we dont even contest the shots. So many half *** close outs. Very very disappointing finish.
We lack athletes. We need some street ballers that can put the ball on the floor and create
things only happen to Rutgers… our fans have such a victimization complex
Strangely, I can enjoy the tournament knowing now that we did not belong.
Like a roller coaster where you scream the whole time but also think it was an awesome ride but you’re glad it’s over and you hope you never ride that ride again
He picked up the recruiting, so I’m fine with it. He needs to hire an offensive coach though.
The team has no heart. You don’t win games by being lazy by not boxing out, missing FTs, and dropping easy balls, etc.
We have a team full of players that need someone else to create a shot for them which is why everyone just stands there on O. Mannnn I cannot believe we just lost that game but yet again I believe that west that game

Sadly.,Hofstra had more talented offensive players which Rutgers couldn't stop.They also limited Spencer shots in the second half which was important because 3 pointers are difference makers.
Our defense was terrible the entire game. So overrated, except vs. some of the B1G buffalo ball teams. It gets exposed against quick athletes.

1) cover the 3 close out intensely
2) stop standing outside the ARC and REBOUND
3)Box Out and position basketball offensively and defensively
4) MAKE FT'S

I’m fine with whoever wants to leave. Looking forward to a re-boot. Seems like some of these players have been here 7 years.

Hofstra was 23-38 on FGs in the 2nd half and overtime.

Yeah these kids busted their asses. Some posters here are ridiculous. Hofstra making stupid shots. We made mistakes. Not sure I’m going to watch much college hoops for the rest of the year. Need a timeout myself.
This team is a great great defense with Mag. When versing a team we probably didn’t game plan much against without our second best defender, we aren’t going to look incredible. People saying our defense was fraudulent in a game we were far from locked in in is hilarious
