They don't give up points to challenged offenses, and we set weekly records for yardage allowed on defense.
They score to make it 28-7 with two minutes left in the half and we have no timeouts left to run our 2 minute offense.
Final score 41-14

Chris Christie will hit the field?8th Best D in the nation and we simply can NOT move the ball and score against good D's (PSU/OSU, so far...). Does CC finally hit the field? Homecoming, possible showers, this could get ugly:

What's the point in predicting we will lose? You know you aren't winning any contests here, right?

Actually he had 3 and 2, then promptly tried to fool OSU by going backfield empty like a jack *** and telegraphed his little 3 yard toss…then punted. With 4th and 2 on the Wisconsin 40 and down a TD, Flood decides to punt again.
Hi guys, hope you don't mind an interloper (and btw, I went with my daughter to a campus visit to RU about a year ago - interesting setup with the 5 campus areas, but I digress)...
You're getting a very banged-up Badger squad this week. Our starting QB had a head injury in the 1q and didn't return - not sure he'll play, but the 2nd-stringer was really good. You know about Clement - even if he does come back, the OL is a big mess - the starting C is out for the year, as are a couple of the other already-underwhelming OLs - might have to burn a redshirt just to field a team. Our #2 and #4 RBs are the only healthy ones and both of them are converted defensive players. We also lost our #2 WR Saturday and have been playing without our #1 TE. So, basically, the only reliable weapon left is our #1 WR- Erickson. He led the team in both rushing and receiving on Saturday (!), but even he drops a few passes that he shouldn't.
That said, the defense is relatively healthy.
I also expect a low scoring game - I'll say 20-10, UW
PS - It's Halloween in Madison - that used to be a pretty huge unorganized spontaneous thing where something like 120,000 people in costume would party on State Street, but the city took it over about 10 years ago and attendance is now reportedly in the 25,000 range
You almost had me until you mentioned we win on a field goal from Federico. LOL!Start the game with Laviano, at half time bring
in the secret weapon, and we will win by a
field goal made by Federico. 24 to 21.
