Chris Jones was a great find by State and he is by all reports going to be awesome. I won't go all CoonAss on anyone, but when Bama comes calling, he is going to listen. He may be 115% committed to MSU, but if they call, he would be a fool not to at least talk to them. That does not mean i am saying he is going to Bama. I am saying that he if i were a betting man, I would bet that he at least takes a visit. Anyone on here that would get their panties in a wad for a 17 yr old kid taking a recruiting visit should really reconsider their priorities in life.

Maybe he doesn't like Bama. Not everybody wants to play for Nick Saban. He grew up a State fan.

He loves State and has zero desires to go to that joke high school near South Panola. They claim that Chris Jones was basically forced into going to Mississippi State because of his high school coach. They say that all the pressure from Houston, Mississippi people and the coach that graduated from Mississippi State is the reason why he's going to be a Dawg. Would this not be the exact same situation as players being recruited At South Panola?

I don't know about what goes over at S. Panola, but there is stuff going on in Houston and some of it involves the "other" site. That's all I'll say. I hope the youngster winds up where he wants to go.
