I think the premise is still correct. NJSIAA playoffs are over so these guys were available.Refs just handed this one to RU lol what are you talking about
Lots of bad or no calls both ways have screwed up the flow of the game. This game isn't being decided by the refs.Poor defense more likely the reason .
It has evened out after the first half.Refs just handed this one to RU lol what are you talking about
Agree. It has evened out but not in a good way.Lots of bad or no calls both ways have screwed up the flow of the game.
Home cooking?? The fouls are 15-14Lots of home cooking & this game still left a bad taste
Hofstra literally couldn’t miss. Even had a bank 3 pointer not Simpson’s faultDerek's defense in the OT hurt the team. Most of their points were scored off him.
He was late on recognizing the picks and it gave his that split second where he could get a clean shot off each time. During regulation he stood still 3-4 times on what should have been hustle plays by him and Hofstra wound up with the ball each time.Hofstra literally couldn’t miss. Even had a bank 3 pointer not Simpson’s fault
True. They were ridiculous down the stretch.Hofstra literally couldn’t miss. Even had a bank 3 pointer not Simpson’s fault
What about the foul called on Estrada? He was late on recognizing the picks and it gave his that split second where he could get a clean shot off each time. During regulation he stood still 3-4 times on what should have been hustle plays by him and Hofstra wound up with the ball each time.
But that bogus call on Paul where the guy flopped with Paul not touching him could have been the difference in the game. He got a 1 & 1 from that and sank both free throws.
Read from the near the top of the thread, already said it was bad both ways with their calls and non-calls and it impacted the flow of the game. What about the foul called on Estrada?
I was responding to your post about Rutgers would have won if not for the foul called on Paul at the end of halfRead from the near the top of the thread, already said it was bad both ways with their calls and non-calls and it impacted the flow of the game.
Cliff spent a lot of the 1st half on the bench with that ridiculous 2nd foul. Woolfolk did a decent job but the lead would have been bigger if Cliff was in the game.
I think both teams would have preferred a more consistently called game.
The good ones are at the ncaasWhat conference are these morons from?
Cliff was put in foul trouble for no reason. The foul differential much of the first half was a complete joke. Yeah.. Hofstra shooting beat us.. but the refs put cliff on the bench. Hofstra averaged 16 fouls per game in the regular season and did, what? 12 in an overtime game against a Big Ten team? 5 in the first half? This game isn't being decided by the refs.Poor defense more likely the reason .
